Does this update also fix the sudden reboot of the device? For the last couple of days when I am I the middle of a serie or movie it goes black and 2nd Cood-E TV logo pops up and doesn't do a thing. I then have to cut down the power and restart the device. To continuing watching the movie or serie I have to fast forward to were it stopped. And ofcourse I have updated its software's

To be honest....I am not that happy with it

Hi Impulse,

This is not a known problem with the COOD-E itself.
But, ofc we are also dependent on the stability of some addon's.

Addon's can cause these issue's also, i would advise to uninstall the addon and reinstall it again to see if it is solved.

Uninstall addon guide: http://forum.cood-e.com/index.php?topic=6.0

There is also a way to factory reset / recover the unit fully.
But, this means reinstalling the addons and settings.
http://forum.cood-e.com/index.php?topic=25.0

You can also make a backup with XBMCBackup, make sure to add the "Settings" to a backup also.
this could save you some time if you do a recovery / factory reset.

Hi Vekia,

As long as these addon's are legal, i have no problem against developing / posting addon's, so good job if this can help COOD-E users to have addon's that can rock their world :D

PS: As COOD-E is a dutch company, they still need help from chipset factory, and they have alot of holidays (well, atleast more then me :( ) atm they have one, till monday.

We are pushing them for some fixes so we can release a update on monday or thuesday, so we ask some patience, we working as hard as we can.

Hi infinity,

For most PVR addon's you need a tuner.
As the COOD-E TV doesn't have one, they will not work.

I know there are alot of PVR addon's that work for IPTV.
So still it is under development, we are testing.

But as we wanted to release firmware last week, and PVR wasn't ready we removed it from the list.
As it seems now, it is possible we can fix it before the release, hopefully release it today or tomorrow.
