Cood-e mediastreamer ???
« on: February 21, 2016, 10:50:19 PM »
Almost every question is awnserd by Cood-e team with the excuse

"Cood-e is a media streamer and there for it doesn't support this or that....etc etc"

But on your own site and in youre market section on the official site you promote the box as.

"The ultimate home entertainment TV box"

So if it is a home entertainment TV box rather then a "media streamer" I would love Cood-e team to explain to all of us why it isn't supporting quite a few important functions and licenses.
After all you describe the coode TV box as

"The perfect little package with modified KODI(XBMC) software to have the best experience multimedia can give"

But without support and / or licences for DTS, Dolby, CEC/ark , stereo upmix etc etc..
It is in my opinion far from "the PERFECT TV BOX" ??? because a perfect TV box isn't perfect when it doesn't support things like this...

Hope Cood-e is going to rrespont because the think of me like I am a pain in there ass and therefore I haven't got a single response from them for the last 2 months on any of my question...

Believe in yourself because if you don't no one does..!!

Me neither, Coert.
The project's dead. Even the bloody key remote is a bluff...glad I didn't buy it.

Greats.

Im also glad I didn't buy one (yet!)
I'm using Yatse and before yatse I used kore..and those are working just fine...so for now I'll wait till all the bugs are fixed..
But i m afraid that it will take a year or 2 before it is bug free

I guess is BT.
I'm also using some iOS app as a remote and it works.
Done!

BT  :) damn...!!
I'm beginning to think that the "activiteiten team van de Efteling" are working  as developers @cood-e headquarters  :-*
Because I did some research about a month ago regarding BT devices like keyboards etc. And all the reported bugs that are reported by al lot of people.
And kitkat (most buggy Android release ever) is having problems with almost all BT keyboards because it doesnt support  HID devices and if the do pair and connect, KitKat doesn't respond to any keys when pressed..
And even in Android 5.0 the problem isn't fully solved ...

OK I also had to investigate the problem before I new all of this but if youre a manufacturer of a kodi box like Cood-e and selling the box with their own custom firmware the should have known about this BT problem and the should never developed a remote that uses BT because of this known problem ..
The should have made a remote using WIFI or something else but BT ..
This could be avoided if the would just do some basic research instead of making all those empty promises to cood-e customers ...
The box has so much potential, the marketing part of the box was great if only the developing part of the cood-e box was half a great as the did the marketing of the coode box then it would really have a great future ....
But now I lost all hope and trust in this project and to be honest I think it's already to late to fix the damage coode team has already done to the Coode name and box
Believe in yourself because if you don't no one does..!!
